1. How do I check availability and prices?

You can use our online booking tool to check which properties are available on your preferred dates. Once the arrival date and nights required are selected you will be shown all lodges available and the price for your stay for standard occupancy.

If you wish to see all lodges which are available for your preferred dates you can perform the search with no guest numbers entered. This is extremely useful when you wish to book several properties for a group.

2. What occupancy is included in the listed price?

The listed price includes our standard occupancy which varies depending on the holiday home selected. During the booking process you will be shown the guests numbers included in the listed price and the extra adults that can be added for group bookings.

3. How do I add extra guests to my booking?

If you wish you can add extra guests during the booking process at an extra cost per adult per booking. Once you have selected your dates and the lodge you would like to book, the next page will give you the option to add extra guests up to the amount available for the property.

Extra guest can be added or reduced up to 2 days before your booking commences.

4. Are your holiday homes dog friendly?

Yes we welcome dogs at Fen Farm. You can add a pet to your booking at £15 each in the ‘extras’ section during the booking process (you need to add pet numbers into the search function for this option to show) or at a later date by contacting us on hello@fenfarmlincoln.co.uk and giving us your booking reference. More info on dogs can be found on our booking terms page

5. Can I pay a deposit or is full payment needed on booking?

During the booking process you have the option to either pay a deposit (£75 small lodges / £150 large lodges) or pay in full. If you pay a deposit the balance is due 2 days before your arrival date.

6. How do I book my holiday lodge?

Once you are happy with your selection and have selected and extras required please continue through the boking process as prompted. You can select if you would like to pay in full or pay a deposit. You can also add any requests or comments in the comment box provided.

If you don’t yet know your arrival time please select a rough time to proceed, you can let us know the actual time on the arrival day.

If you would like to add another lodge to your booking please select ‘ Add another booking’ to go back and select another lodge.

You can then confirm the details are correct in your basket and continue to enter your contact details and proceed to the payment page to secure your booking. If you need any assistance please get in touch.

7. How do I make a group booking?

If you wish to make a group booking we recommend you check availability for all lodges by first searching without adding guest numbers to see our full availability for your preferred date. You can then proceed with booking your required lodges in the method listed above.

Please see our Fen Parties page for recommendations on which holiday lodges work best for group bookings.

You can also get int touch if you would like us to process your booking for you.

8. When is my balance due?

You can pay the balance at any time up to 2 days before your arrival date. If you have booked online you can log in and make payments as and when suits you. If you have paid your deposit by Bacs please use the same method for your balance and email hello@fenfarmlincoln.co.uk with your booking date and reference so the payment can be allocated to your account.
