Today it’s all about what’s new at Fen Farm Lincoln!
Firstly let me welcome you to our new blog,
Hopefully it will become a handy resource to help you plan your stay at Fen Farm. I’m thinking child friendly holiday activities, hen party ideas, local restaurant recommendations and so much more. Not forgetting some piggie updates too.
Now onto the real news...
We have been very busy these last few months working on lots of improvements in the Orchard Lodge.
Our Log cabin is one of our most popular holiday homes here at Fen Farm, especially for hen parties, birthday celebrations and girly getaways, so we decided after a decade of happy guests it was time we gave it a little love and a bit of a revamp starting with a shiny new kitchen.,
Light and Bright
We’ve changed out the wooden kitchen doors for some modern gloss ones that bounce the light about plus we have swapped out the old dark grey worktops for a light oak style instead.
A new addition.
The log cabin now has a stylish new bar area.
As the orchard lodge is our most popular holiday home for hen parties and girly getaways, we thought a bar area would be perfect. Ideal for cocktail making workshops, setting up your graze table or just relaxing with a glass of wine with the girls, this handy extra space is a lovely new addition.

Log cabin open plan living
The open plan living, dining and kitchen layout of the Orchard lodge is fab for a group or large family as everyone can relax in their own ways within the space, if they’re not outside enjoying the hot tub that is.
