This strong yoga flow is perfect for those who enjoy a more active practice. With core work,
balances and juicy heart openers, it’s the perfect way to start the weekend off.
We will interweave vinyasa yoga with energising essential oils and uplifting meditation. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this hour long session will leave you
feeling energised and ready to take on the day.
The one for the morning after
The One for the Morning After
This gentle, restorative flow is perfect for if you need a little rejuvenation.
With uplifting essential oils, your spirits will be lifted and your body restored to the temple that it
is.
In our hour together, we will explore gentle yoga flows and rejuvenating meditation, setting you
up for the day ahead, undoing the effects of the night before.
Essential Oil Workshops
In this essential oils workshop, you’ll learn about the beautiful essential oils and how they can be used to support your emotional wellbeing.
We will create an emergency oily toolkit with oils to soothe our frazzled nervous systems, learn anchoring techniques to help us reconnect with ourselves and create a beautiful circle of love and emotional support.
This workshop is an ideal option for a hen party as the run up to a wedding can be a time filled with stress and a list that seems never ending (or at least mine did!) so let’s lean into the natural world for a little support.
